Two Leather Psychiatrics Restraints with keys

Antique restraint for prison or asylum use. Made of leather with retaining lock marked “Humane Restraint M.Reg U.S. Pat off Madison Wis” . Leather shows typical age and use. Lock works fine and has the original key. Around 1930
